Tommy Shoemaker and Kathy Stotler returned from Camp Easter Seal in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Fincastle Virginia where the program provides recreation and speech language therapy to disabled individuals. The local Easter Seal Center funds referrals and offers diagnosis therapy counseling and referral services plus hearing screening equipment loans and financial aid. The Winchester center led by Robert J. Franz Jr. provides evaluations and therapy with fees on a sliding scale and no one denied services for inability to pay.
