Frederick County Attorney E Eugene Gunter asks Winchester Corporation Court for a jury trial and seeks dismissal of a rule to show cause why he should not be disBARred or suspended and dismissal of a Seventh District Committee complaint alleging unprofessional conduct from 1968 custody case. The Shenandoah River crested at Front Royal near nine to nine and a half feet around 6 p.m. yesterday causing overflow in low areas.
