The first Roosevelt memorial two cent stamp will be sold Friday at the Little White House Warm Springs Go where Franklin Roosevelt fought infantile paralysis and died Gov Ellis Arnall of Georgia will sell the stamp to Basil O Connor head of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis Patients at the Warm Springs Foundation will be guests and each receive a copy of the stamp bearing the Little White House image and Roosevelts portrait The ceremony will begin at noon with an address by Assistant Postmaster General Joseph J Lawler.
