An army PB-2 pursuit plane from Selfridge Field in Michigan crashed near Otsego while taking part in war games. Second Lieutenant William W. Harding, 25, Corps Reserve, and Private Francis Eir, of Dowagiac, Mich., were aboard. witnesses described a failed parachute jump and a blaze that engulfed the aircraft as it fell.
The will of Harriet Beth Glaize Williams has admitted to record with Bywaters as executor. Mr. Jers qualified, bond set at 1000 with M. Williams as surety. The will directs specific personal possessions to daughters of George and Bywaters. May Hiett to receive 500 cash, remainder to her husband for life, 500 to W Fred Ett and Maud Beall Bywaters, 3000 to Elizabeth Evelyn May and Georgia Cille Bywaters.
Police said today prosecution of Robert Ickes, foster son of the Interior, for driving while under the influence of liquor was continued to August 25 with the approval of counsel.

In Kansas City Harry Richman and Dick Merrill departed at 11:20 a m for Floyd Bennett Field New York after refueling stop. Albuquerque report says Richman left at 5 a m in a $100 000 plane toward New York with plans for a trans Atlantic commutation hop to London.
