A 18 year old grocer clerk, Howard Fauver, faces grand jury action in Frederick County on charges he caused the deaths of Frank C Bowlin and Mae Bowlin in a Valley Pike collision near Winchester on July 25. Aulick Gibbens was fined 52 dollars by Justice Weems after a late afternoon police court appearance for drunk and disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
