Winchester Welcomes Michigan Court Association Visitors
The city of Winchester extends a formal welcome to over 800 stemopthets of the Michigan Court Association arriving tomorrow afternoon and camping at the Fair Grounds. The Chamber of Commerce plans an eight o clock reception in front of the grandstand with Henry Seal's Orchestra, invocations, welcome addresses by local officials, and musical solos and duets by local artists. A visitor will respond to the Chamber welcome, followed by further musical numbers and announcements of Thursday morning tours. Benediction by Rev Dr Frank T McFaden ends the reception as Seal's Orchestra plays selections.

Walter W Marshall aged 44 died in Weston from general paralysis. His remains were moved to Martinsburg for burial at Payne's Chapel. Born in Jefferson County he spent most of his life near Bunker Hill and worked on the Clearbrook farm with his mother Mrs Mary Marshall. He is survived by his mother a sister Mrs E B Clevenger and brothers Robert Wade Martin Allen Marion of Clarke County and Allen of Kearneysville.
