Blood Donors Fill Quota For Opening Day Of Clinic
A last minute response by local citizens met the opening day quota for a three day blood clinic at the Presbyterian Church. Though about 25 donors short at the start, volunteers arrived to fill today's needs and more were required for tomorrow and Friday. Shenandoah County donors, including folks from Timberville, are organized by the Shenandoah County Red Cross Blood Donor Service chaired by Miss Jessie Smoot of Woodstock. The May clinic drew 163 attendees from the county.
