Federal Judge Soper issues a writ of habeas corpus directing Harford county to turn over probationary prohibition agent Joseph A. Farbershaw to federal jurisdiction after he shot John A. Boongore in Havre de Grace during an attempted arrest. Boongore died at a hospital. Farbershaw has been in Belair jail without bail. The writ will be served on Harford authorities to transfer the case to federal court in Baltimore.
