A former church leader, described as the brains of a conspiracy, faces a heavy court appearance today before the magistrate Hawkitt. The proceedings focus on the alleged plot within the church and the former pastor’s role.
Tensions at St Pauls AME Winchester spill from Saturday through Sunday with fines for Disturbing Public Worship levied on James Stephenson and Lou Montgomery. Rev Hawkins returns from Philadelphia claiming orders to resume pastorship, while a police court fines P D Smith for concealed weapons.
