Brady Estate Probate Reveals Family Bequests
The will of Samuel Lewis Brady, a former Confederate and U S soldier, who died last week at his cousin Police Lieutenant Lewis Legg's home, was probated in Winchester Corporation Court. He left $30 to Legg and his wife, later revoked by codicil, with the remainder split among his sister Hannah Puffer, brother Toler Scott Brady, and niece Mary Virginia McKee.
