Mrs Isabelle Metz McCann wife of Charles R. McCann prominent Frederick County farmer and mother of Sheriff Harry L. McCann died this morning at the old McCann homeplace near Stephenson after a long heart ailment. She was 88 and had lived a life of village and county civic ties. Born October 20 1868 near Chambersburg Pa she was a graduate of Shippensburg State Normal School and a member of Loudoun Street Presbyterian Church.
