Mrs Amelia Evans aged 77 died after a three week illness at Memorial Hospital. She had lived in the Southern Methodist Home Gaithersburg Md and recently came to Kernstown. Funeral at Braddock Street Methodist Church with Rev J A Johnson and Rev Murray D Mitchell officiating. Burial in Mount Hebron Cemetery. Survived by sister Mrs Belle Quantz and step children Samuel L Evans and Miss Julia Evans. former husband Samuel Evans.
