Cadet Camp Abandoned by Blizzard Will Return in June
Staunton Military Academy cadets cancel Apple Blossom Festival encampment in Winchester due to eight inches of snow and blizzard conditions. Equipment for 700 cadets was buried as 25 cadets sheltered at the water works.
