FBI Slaying Case Sent Grand Jury
In Princess Anne County Virginia the case against two men charged with the weekend death of FBI Agent Joseph A. Lehman was sent to a grand jury. Robert Alcox and Clark Williams were held for grand jury action after a preliminary hearing. Lehman died from a brain hemorrhage after a fight that also involved fellow agent Ray L. Faisst. Alcox and Williams did not testify. Alcox later told reporters Lehman attacked him.
