Front Royal Police Merit Pay Backers Reoffer Proposal
Charlottesville attorney Brad Chandler representing nine Front Royal officers rejected the town council's offer to grant a one step raise to all officers and restore the merit pay. Chandler cited attrition and manpower concerns with resignations and increased arrests since 1973.
