Four Charged in Weekend Slaying
Newport News police charged four people in a weekend slaying and the wounding of a husband. Jodi L. Harrell Clinton L. Prince Donna M. Mills and Joseph E Milner face murder grand larceny maiming and armed robbery and gun use counts. Hatchell remains in Riverside Hospital under guard. police seek additional suspects.
