Mrs Loma S Dinges died recently at her home in Stephens City and left a codicil to her will gifting one thousand dollars to the Meist Episcopal Church at Stephens City. The will probate shows John M Steele as executor with a ten thousand dollar bond. The bequest is dated March 25 last and handwritten on the reverse side of the will.
By deed of trust dated April 15 1924 from Harry O Richards and wife to C B Whitacre trustee the undersigned will sell at public auction in front of the courthouse Winchester Va at 11 am May 23 1925 a tract of 123 acres and 32 poles in Back Creek district conveyed to Harry O Richards by Bessie V Adams and Jerry Adams.
