Supreme Court to review Virginia districting plan

The Supreme Court agreed to hear three challenges to Virginia's districting for both houses, stemming from a 4 judge federal court drawing last July after parts of the legislature's plan were ruled unconstitutional. Urgent Blood Drive Appeal For Winchester Area

The Winchester Frederick Bloodmobile program trails its 1 850 pint goal by 199 pints after nine visits. With three visits left, 220 pints are needed per visit, the spokesman said. The Winchester Frederick County Red Cross appeals for 120 pints of O-Positive blood to be collected by noon tomorrow at a Bloodmobile visit in Winchester. Donors aged 18 to 66 in good health may contribute, with the blood to be sent to Washington DC for heart surgery at 2 PM.
