Thirteen Die After Survival Capsule Capsizes Offshore
The Gulf of Mexico tragedy left 13 Ocean Express crewmen dead after a 14 by 9 foot survival capsule capsized during recovery splashed by 60 mph winds. Navy divers recovered four bodies. nine remained inside the capsule as the platform sank. The captain survived and was evacuated to a naval medical center. Suit Against Koontz Not Withdrawn
