The 1,145 acre tract lies near Scaleby between Boyce and Berryville, amid the estates of Mrs. Henry B. B Floyd Flickinger of Winchester has been chosen one of six national councilmen of Kappa Phi Kappa at the Syracuse assembly. The fraternity, founded at Gettysburg College, includes leading educators. Flickinger serves on the faculty of William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia.
