Extradition Hearing Set for Michael Dellaria Jr.
Michael Dellaria Jr. 25 faces extradition after kidnapping 12-year-old Elizabeth Wingate of Independence Virginia and stealing the parents car. Bond set at 400000 as FBI and Kentucky State Police traced the suspect from Virginia to Indiana and Kentucky. The girl was unharmed and the FBI recovered a handgun and extra weapons in the car. Dellaria was arrested at Lake Cumberland State Park while awaiting ransom from the father Curtis Wingate. The hearing is scheduled for U S District Court in Bowling Green.
