Mrs Martha J Ritter Stottlemyer died at her Clearbrook home after a lingering illness aged seventy six. She is survived by husband Clarence B Stottlemyer two sons Walter and Clarence both of nearby towns four daughters Florence Kenney Raymond Godlove Renner and William Adams two sisters Lena Fryer and Alite Ritter a brother William Ritter and several grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11 Sunday from the family home with interment at Mount Hebron Cemetery.

Galveston Texas April 2 Prancesco de Pinedo, Italian flyer, landed at 10 30 am on the New Orleans to Galveston leg of his four continent flight. The air voyage from New Orleans was uneventful and he was escorted into Galveston by three airplanes from Fort Crockett.
