Scott Fletcher, senior at Wimberley’s SMBA, won the A Webb Roberts Military Scholarship to attend North Georgia College in Dahlonega. The four year award covers room, board and out of state tuition, with commissioning as an officer in the military after graduation. Fletcher plans to study criminal justice and attend law school, aiming to become a prosecuting attorney for the military. He is a cadet first lieutenant, S-5 Public Relations, and has excelled on ROTC rifle, honor roll, and National Honor Society. He volunteers with the Wimberley Fire Department and is the son of Diane Fletcher.
