County Plan Moves Forward On Juvenile Facility Bid
RECOR operates a 56 bed juvenile facility in Sweetwater and a 144 bed adult site in El Paso and three more juvenile facilities planned for Kerrville Victoria and Rockdale with completion by September. The project aims for contract finalization by October but faces a long standing dispute between Barton and Payne over the social programs and necessity of the facility.
