Militia concepts clash with state power and security
The piece argues that a paramilitary militia, independent of direct control, threatens government stability unless its size armament and leadership are fully known. It questions the viability of militias as buffers, noting modern intelligence, legal avenues, and the impracticality of guerrilla strength against a state-of-the-art force. It cites Sun Tzu and Franklin while contrasting Paraguay’s two faced flag.
