Morales fights federal habitat move over Golden-cheeked Warbler
Texas Attorney General Dan Morales and state officials challenge federal plans to designate critical habitat for the Golden-cheeked Warbler. They contest the right of the Fish and Wildlife Service to define harm and argue for broader review of listed species.
