Juneann trades sailing for RVing seeking open horizons
Juneann sold her boat last year and now roves the West in an RV staying on Bureau of Land Management land or state parks with minimal amenities. She says RVing mirrors boating in mindset, values independence and environmentalism, and builds brief, renewed friendships. She paints and draws and can visit family in Casper, Wyoming, choosing ground over waves and promising she will never live in a big city again.
