Woodcreek Council Settles Building Permit Dispute
Woodcreek City Council approved a settlement with homeowner Rene Moulinet over a building permit and masonry requirements. Attorney Terry Bray argued the original permit was valid but Moulinet built a larger house counting exterior walls differently, leading to a fine of 100 dollars per day. The council capped the fine at 500 dollars and accepted a new permit application. I S Larkin opposed, noting the 500 dollar cap.
