Wimberley Area Set For Historic Structure Survey
The Hays County Historical Commission received a grant to survey all pre-1945 structures in Wimberley and Dripping Springs. Chair Lila Stillson says surveys in Precincts 3 and 4 will be field driven with specialists photographing sites, recording ownership, construction, and significance to create a master inventory with high to low priority ratings. The project aligns with the Certified Local Government Program and includes archival research to refine priorities.
