Park project stalls as Keith Property sale stalls plan
After a 150 day fund drive to buy the Keith Property the Committee to Purchase the Keith Property says the purchase contract is unenforceable and Probate Courts may need to sell. Six relatives must agree under Mrs Keiths will before any sale can occur leaving the park plan in a legal impasse. Contributors are being contacted about their status.
