To the voters of Hays County Precinct 3, after consulting with my attorneys I will not file a lawsuit contesting the Commissioner’s Court Precinct 3 election. The process would be costly and stressful for the county and would divert from governance. The election system has flaws I hope are fixed before the next election. I regret not representing you on the Court but the votes are counted and cast.
