Old hillbillies recount big flounder haul off Laguna Madre
Carlo Morris and companions describe August fishing pressure along Laguna Madre and a spectacular find in a shallow slough. They pull fifty seven flounder weighing online one hundred seven pounds from a ten by fifteen by ten foot patch, with many four pounders and potential eight to ten pounders. The group reports abundant flounder along the Boca Chica area and plans return trips.
