Lethe will host the 2nd annual invitational volleyball tournament in the local gym starting Friday night March 13 and finishing with finals Saturday night. Seventeen teams enter with both men and women participants from Wimberley Austin Dripping Springs San Marcos Kyle and Canyon Dam.
The Wimberley varsity is pictured with Linda Stevens Carolyn Haley Lavelle Saunders Mar gie Harmon Wanda Montague and Sally Cummins. Absent were Ann Carson Jean Shand and Marsha Fowler. Framing notes say local volleyball interest is high and teams promise stronger competition this year. The event runs Friday night March 13 and all day Saturday March 14 with food and fellowship.
