Principal Speaker at CC Meeting by Region XIII Center Leader
Mr. Joe Parks, director of the Region XIII Education Service Center in Austin, Texas, will keynote the CC monthly meeting in April. The center serves 15 counties with audio visual aids and will outline the program’s operations and functions. Parks, a former Corpus Christi assistant superintendent, has held multiple instructional roles in Corsicana and holds degrees from Sam Houston State College. He is married with two children. The PTA backed the center’s pilot education efforts since 1965, and organizers expect strong attendance for the informative session.
