Wimberley Elementary Nears New Enrollment High At Field Day
The last nine weeks of the school year begin as enrollment climbs to 172 students from kindergarten to sixth grade. Five new students join the Hebb family and Zane Ann Zaboriiski, with past schooling in Pleasanton Seguin, fueling the growth. Field Day is planned for April 3–4 with egg races dashes sacks hurdles and other events. Ribbons will be awarded for top four places and everyone receives a participation ribbon. Parents are invited to attend and may bring lunches. Historical Field Day winners from 1954 to 1971 are listed among events like sprinting and jumping.
