Under a Wilson Superior Court judgment in the case Glover et al vs Rountree Barnes Co et al at Fall Term 1891, THOS. H. BATTLE as Commissioner will sell for cash at the Wilson Court House door on Monday January 4, 1897 a tract of about 278 acres in Wilson County. The land stems from a trust deed by Bennett Flowers to John W Thompson dated December 1866 and recorded in Book 2 Page 57. The property abuts Alsey Stott and J. M. Taylor and others and includes the home Bennett Flowers resided in.
The Administrator of the estate of I Fenner Smith in Wilson County calls debtors to pay immediately and creditors to present claims by November 1st, 1892. If not, the claim will be barred. G W Blount attorney. notice dated November 13, 1891.
