La Vernia City Council adds two zoning board alternates
The La Vernia City Council on September 13 appointed Marie Gerlich and Chester Kolodziej as alternates to the Zoning Board of Adjustment to ensure smooth operation during absences or recusals. The council also approved a $1 per month lease with the La Vernia Historical Association for the old fire station museum and raised organized sports fees for volleyball teams from $100 to $120.
