Post Office Relocation For Floresville May End In November
Floresville residents may see the downtown post office reopen by November as a proposal to move operations back downtown is finalized. Postmaster Barry Hughes said the exact location isn’t set but the office could return to its old site or another downtown address after storm damage forced closure on September 18. Mailboxes were moved to The Plaza Shopping Center and the courthouse square, with customers driving to the square to drop mail.
