Fire damages Mr. C No 1 store. reopening planned
Donald Cover and family run Mr. C No 1 on U S 181 near I 37. A wind sparked fire Apr 20 injuring no one but destroying most of the interior. Fire crews saved the walls. rebuild expected in about 60 days with insurance. The Covers also operate Mr. C No 2 with son Shawn.
