Two local obituaries report the deaths of José M. Arredondo, 71, a San Antonio firefighter and veteran, and Lucy P. Rogers, 85, of Texas. Arredondo’s service included a rosary and Mass at St Dominic and San Fernando Cemetery honors. Rogers’ services included a rosary, church service in St Hedwig, and entombment in De Mary Cemetery with memorials to cancer and Alzheimer’s groups.
