Floresville FEDC okays budget plan with high executive pay debate
Floresville economic development board aired the executive director compensation at a June workshop as it drafted a 2001 budget. The panel set aside 45000 for salary and benefits and proposed 30000 for downtown beautification 30000 for a Main Street program and 10000 for marketing while balancing a 218000 total. The plan awaits Floresville city council approval and requires a later budget workshop.
