The Health Alliance of Wilson County held an appreciation luncheon at St. Ann's Church in La Vernia on July 19. Trustees Dr Bradly Bundrant Amy Hayden and Dawn Dylla spoke of first year achievements and goals to boost children's health insurance seniors’ medication assistance and transportation.

North Star Mall donates fountain coins to Make-A-Wish
North Star Mall in San Antonio will donate coins from its fountains to the Make-A-Wish Foundation effective July 1. Last year the fountain proceeds exceeded 7000 dollars benefiting local groups. The chapter plans to grant about 170 wishes this year.
