Dubs case dismissed and investigator cleared in Wilson County
Wilson County Sheriff's Office lead investigator Lt. Joseph Dubs has been cleared of charges over a claimed false statement. County mourns passing of Pct 3 Constable Curtis Fowler
Wilson County contends with the loss of Pct 3 Constable Curtis Fowler who died Feb 16. Elected in 2016 he planned a new term but withdrew after a medical diagnosis. Services were set for Feb 20 at St. Ann Catholic Church La Vernia. He previously served as volunteer firefighter and fire marshal for Stockdale and La Vernia areas. He is survived by his wife Investigator Daria Fowler a son and stepdaughter.
