Floresville ISD faces growth and unsafe old building decision
Floresville ISD heard projections of a 5 percent annual enrollment rise to 4450 by 2006 and debated space needs and a potential $10 million facility. Consultants warned the abandoned 4th and A streets school building is unsafe and costly to rehab, with probable demolition and new land for expansion. The board instructed Robinson to issue RFPs for final disposition of the old building.
