Stockdale contracts SARA to run wastewater plant
Stockdale will have the San Antonio River Authority operate its wastewater treatment facility for under 23000 annually with initial term through December 2004. La Vernia and Path have similar agreements. SARA will provide testing, logging and quarterly/annual reports to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
