Three Floresville family members arrested in drug raid
The 81st Judicial District Task Force raided a trailer at 1508 Plum Street on December 17, detaining Juan Garcia his son Paul Garcia and daughter in law Monica Garcia on counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance after an undercover six month probe. The Garcias held on 75000 cash bond each. Police seized two handguns a shotgun cash and four ounces of cocaine.

Safe zone planned for New Year fireworks in Wilson County
Eagle Creek volunteer fire department hosts a New Year’s Eve safe zone with on site firemen medics and a fundraiser selling hamburgers hot dogs and drinks.
