Nuisance abatement debated at Falls City council
Falls City officials discussed a nuisance abatement ordinance at the December 11 meeting. Ade McAda, the town attorney, clarified provisions allowing citations and, with probable cause and a warrant, property searches as a last resort. The council approved a minor ordinance tweak to grant the code compliance officer more discretion on extensions for special circumstances such as ongoing construction.
