Floresville Electric Light and Power System FELPS trustees discussed launching an Internet service provider to give local access, sending General Manager David McMillan to a short course and budgeting for 1999. The board also approved the 1999 financial forecast and budgets and introduced James Tanneberger, FELPS’s new distribution engineer.
