He was a star athlete at Driscoll Robstown Rice University and Texas A&I later teaching and coaching in Robstown George West and Dilley and serving as Dilley School Board president. Memorials to Dilley State Bank scholarship or First Baptist Church of Dilley. Funeral August 7 at First Baptist Church Dilley with graveside at Restland Cemetery Bishop.
