LULAC Sues Stockdale Over At Large Elections
The League of United Latin American Citizens sues Stockdale City and School District in federal court alleging that at large elections disenfranchise minorities. LULAC seeks single member districts or cumulative voting to boost minority political participation. Kidney dialysis clinic planned for Floresville city
Vivra Renal Care will build a 4200 square foot kidney dialysis clinic on a 1.27 acre site on U S 181 across from Wal Mart to serve patients from multiple counties. Construction starts late this month and should finish by year end weather permitting with a San Antonio dialysis specialist as medical director and up to 12 employees.
